What Values We Provide

Pilar Gaona, originally from Colombia, graduated with a degree in Social Communication and Journalism from the Universidad Autónoma de Occidente. She worked as a public relations and communicator in private organizations in the city of Cali. She decided to travel to the United States in 2006 with a suitcase full of dreams and hopes. She became a World Language

Teacher and pursued master’s studies, focused on education. She completed two master’s degrees, one at New Jersey City University and another one at the University of Granada in Spain. She worked for twelve years teaching children, youth, and adults in Manhattan and surrounding cities.

Right now, she is working in the Learning & Development field training adults and creating multicultural and integrated curricula in Austin, Texas. She is also writing her second children’s book and distributing her first book named “My Rainbow Baby” honoring women with fertility issues, and children who are born after a miscarriage, infant loss, stillbirth, or neonatal death.
